Happy måndag på er =) Idag fortsätter jag och visar en av mina layouter som jag gjort med det kommande October kitet från Cést Magnifique. Denna gång är layouten på min äldsta dotter Ina. Här har jag använt mig av papper både från 7 Dots och Tilda.

Happy Monday to you =) Today I continue showing one of my layouts that I made with the upcoming October kit from Cést Magnifique. This time it´s a layout of my oldest daughter Ina. Here I am using both paper from 7 Dots and Tilda.

Hej på er! Idag tänkte jag visa mitt bidrag till skissutmaningen hos Once Upon A Sketch. Ordet att jobba med är " Lucky". Jag har gjort en sida om min dotter som jag verkligen är lyckligt lottad att få ha till låns. Hon är alltid hjälpsam och omhändertagande.

Mina fina små pojkar

Hej på er =) Fy vilken dålig bloggare jag är just nu. Men det är mycket runt omkring här hemma och på jobbet. Längtar efter lugn och ro i min scrapvrå, men den tiden infinner sig inte så ofta som jag önskar just nu. Kom i alla fall på att jag glömt att visa en av mina layouter som jag gjort med Cést Magnifiques  September kit. En layout jag själv inte är så tillfreds med... men som tro det eller ej blivit pinnad 20 ggr från CM:s pinboard. Det är för mig något slags personligt rekord =D. Så uppenbarligen finns det människor därute i cyberspace som gillar denna!

Hello =) What bad blogger I am right now. But there is much around here at home and at work. Longing for peace and quiet in my studio, but that time is not here as often as I want right now. Anyway  I forgot to show you one of my layouts that I made with Cést Magnifiques September kit. A layout I myself am not so satisfied with ... but believe it or not become pinnad 20 times from CM's pinboard. That to me is some kind of personal record = D. So obviously there are people out there in cyberspace who like this!

Detta kit är slutsålt, men det nya för oktober kommer ni snart att få sneak peaks på =).  Kan tipsa er om att göra ett besök i CM:s butik. Leslie har lagt upp massor med härliga nya varor från Prima, Blue Fern Studios och Petaloo. Det vill ni inte missa! Ni hittar shopen här!

One moment in time

Detta foto på min äldsta dotter är verkligen ett fruset ögonblick i tiden! Har scrappat det en gång förut för ett par år sedan. Är otroligt förtjust i fotot. Det är nog ett av de bästa jag någonsin tagit. Gillar ljuset i det och hennes djupa fundersamma uttryck. För att då bryta av allvaret i det svartvita fotot valde jag göra resten av sidan i riktigt starka glada färger som kontrast. Jag har använt några äldre Bo Bunny papper. Denna  är också gjort efter månadens skiss inne hos Allt om Scrap. Men jag har vridit skissen 90 grader åt höger.

This photo of my oldest daughter is really a frozen moment in time! Have scrapped it once before a few years ago. Is incredibly fond of the photo. It's probably one of the best I have ever taken. Like the light in it and her deep thoughtful expression. To then break off the seriousness of the black and white photo I chose to do the rest of the page in really strong bright colors that contrast. I have used some older Bo Bunny paper. This is also done by this month's sketch over at Allt om Scrap. But I have turned the sketch 90 degrees to the right.

Jag har lagt många olika lager av papper i botten på denna layout. Både rivna bitar och bitar jag klippt ut ur de mönstrade pappren. På det har jag sedan målat med gesso och blött upp med vatten för att få en "white washed" look. Efter det har jag använt en stencil och tjock modelling pasta. Den sista touchen är gjord med mister i olika färger samt lite gesso.

I've added many layers of paper in the bottom of the layout. Both the shredded bits and pieces I cut out the patterned papers. On it, I then painted with gesso and wet it with water to get a "white washed" look. After that I used a stencil and thick modeling paste. The final touch is made with glimmer mists in different colors and some gesso.
